Grindelia

Grindelia is a herbaceous perennial plant native to the western U.S., particularly the Central Valley in California. The diterpene resin and other resinous compounds on the surface of its flowers, leaves, and stems have potential industrial applications in adhesives, rubbers, and coatings.
